Return & Refund Policy – Shaad Fragrances
At Shaad Fragrances, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made from shaadfragrances.com.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return Request Timeline
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for a return or refund. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund. Sale items, promotional offers, and discounted products are also non-refundable unless received in defective condition.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, clear images or video of the issue, and a brief explanation. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
