What’s my size?
Our fragrances are available in standard bottle sizes mentioned on each product page. If you are unsure which size to choose, we recommend starting with a smaller size before upgrading to a full-size bottle.
Delivery time
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking update from our courier partner.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. The product must be unused and reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within major cities and 5–7 business days for other areas. Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or high-demand periods.
